Diagnostics & Repair Process
Know the stages your device will go through from the time you bring it in to the time you take it back repaired and running.
Drop Off Your Device
Bring your device to any of our locations. Make sure to clarify all the issues it has. If you're not sure what repair it needs, leave it for a diagnostic check.
FREE Diagnostic with Repair
We offer a free diagnostic service if you proceed with the repair. Once the diagnostic is complete, we'll call you to explain the problem and provide a repair quote.
Decide on Repair
After receiving the quote, you can decide whether to proceed with the repair. If you choose to repair your device, there is no charge for the diagnostic. If you decide not to repair it or if it's not repairable, there is a diagnostic fee of $45 ($99 for gaming computers).
Repair Time
Repairs can be completed the same day if we have the necessary parts in stock. If parts need to be ordered, they typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Pick Up Your Device
Once the repair is completed, we'll call you to pick up your device. You have 30 days to collect it. After pickup, you will have a 30-day warranty on the repair.
